To help us answer quickly, write from the email address you signed up with and tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Signing in and your account

  • No verification email? Check your Spam and Promotions folders for an email from [email protected], then press Resend on the verification page. Each new email cancels the old link.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link works for 1 hour.
  • Delete your account or download your data: in the app, go to Settings.

Gmail connection

  • ScholarReach AI only asks for permission to send email, never to read it. Replies arrive in your Gmail; log them in the app under Emails → Replies to stop follow-ups.
  • If Integrations shows expired, click Reconnect. Campaigns pause safely while the connection is expired and continue once you reconnect and resume them.
  • If an email shows "Check whether it was sent", look in your Gmail Sent folder before pressing Retry, so the professor doesn't get it twice.

Payments

  • JazzCash or Easypaisa: packs are added after we check your payment, usually the same day. If it's taking longer, email us your transaction ID (TID).
  • Card payments are added automatically. If not, email us your order number.
  • Refunds: see the refund terms, then email us with your transaction ID.

Common questions

Does it send emails without asking me?

Never. Every email waits for your approval, and editing an approved email needs approval again. Emails go out from your own Gmail, at a sensible local time for each professor.

Where do the professors come from?

From each university's official faculty pages. We only keep professors whose email address is published there, so you never write to a guessed address.

Will my emails land in spam?

They are sent from your own Gmail, shaped like an email you typed yourself: no bulk-mail tools, no rewritten links. That gives them the same footing as any email you send by hand.

What does a pack include?

Lite gives you 300 professors and 300 emails, Pro 500 of each and Premium 1,000 of each; Pro and Premium also include open tracking. You pay once, packs stack, and you use them at your own pace. Free gives 3 emails a day and 50 professors.

How do I pay?

In Pakistan, pay with JazzCash or Easypaisa and upload the payment screenshot; your pack is activated once we confirm it. Everywhere else, pay by card at checkout and your pack is added automatically.

Which countries are supported?

Right now: China, including all 272 CSC host universities in China. More countries are being added soon.

Can ScholarReach read my Gmail?

No. It only asks Google for permission to send emails you approved. It can't open your inbox. When a professor replies, you read it in Gmail and log it here in one click, which stops the follow-ups.

Is my CV safe?

Your documents are encrypted at rest and never exposed through public links. Only facts you confirm are ever used in an email.

Do I need a supervisor's acceptance letter?

Often, yes. For the CSC scholarship in China it depends on the university and the route you apply through. Many universities, especially for master's and PhD programmes, ask for or strongly prefer a pre-admission or acceptance letter from a professor. Writing to professors whose research matches yours is the usual way to get one.
