Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using ScholarReach AI at scholereachai.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What ScholarReach AI does
ScholarReach AI helps you find university professors whose research matches yours, using their official university pages, and writes personal email drafts for you to review. Emails you approve are sent from your own Gmail account. We are a tool to help with outreach; we are not a university, scholarship body or admissions agent, and we are not connected to the China Scholarship Council or any government.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate information, and use the account only for yourself. Don't share it.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must confirm your email address before using the app.
Your emails and how you may use the service
You are the sender. Every email goes out only after you approve its exact content, and it is sent from your own Gmail. You are responsible for what you send.
You agree to:
- Only include true information about yourself, your studies and your experience.
- Contact professors only about genuine study, research or scholarship applications.
- Stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and log their reply so the app blocks further emails.
- Follow Google's terms for Gmail and the laws that apply to you.
You must not:
- Send spam, bulk advertising, or anything harassing, misleading or unlawful.
- Pretend to be someone else, or upload documents that aren't yours or have been altered.
- Copy, resell or misuse professor data, or use the service to build mailing lists.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the service.
AI drafts and results
Drafts are written by AI from the facts you confirmed and the professor's public information. AI can make mistakes, so read every draft carefully before approving it.
Professor details come from public pages and may be out of date. We can't guarantee that any professor will reply, accept you as a student, or that you will receive admission or a scholarship. Scholarship rules change every year, so always confirm details on official websites.
Plans and payments
- Free: 3 emails a day and up to 50 professors.
- Paid packs (Lite, Pro, Premium) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each adds a number of emails and professors to your account; packs stack, and the credits don't expire while the service is running.
- Rewrites and follow-ups each use one email. Only professors with a published email address count towards your professor allowance.
- Pakistan: pay by JazzCash or Easypaisa and upload your payment screenshot. Your pack is added once we confirm the payment. Uploading a fake or edited screenshot will get your account suspended.
- Other countries: card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, and its terms also apply.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change, but a change never affects a pack you have already bought.
Refunds
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it by emailing [email protected] with your transaction ID. Once credits from a pack have been used, it can't be refunded, unless a fault on our side stopped you from using it or the law requires a refund.
Your content
Your documents, profile and emails stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete them at any time in Settings.
Suspending or closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sending spam, harassing professors or making fraudulent payments. Where possible, we will tell you why. Unused credits on an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ScholarReach AI running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.
Limits of our responsibility
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for admission or scholarship decisions, for how professors respond, for emails you approved and sent, or for indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that can't be removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before taking any formal step, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions? Email [email protected].
